The Auckland Catholic Tertiary Chaplaincy team is based at Newman Hall (see map) but present in 5 tertiary institutes throughout Auckland. These are:
- University of Auckland
- Auckland University of Technology
- Massey University
- UNITEC
- Manukau Institute of Technology.
The team supports Catholic Students Club on each campus and getting involved with these clubs is a great and fun way of making new friends and participating in Catholic activities and events.
This year we have chosen the theme: “TO BRING UNITY TO ALL IN CHRIST” Eph 1:10. Our activities and events for this year are based on our theme so browse through the website to find out more of what we do on each campus.
The celebration of the Eucharist is central to our Catholic faith and thus Mass is celebrated at least once a week in each institute so check out the Mass timetables and venues for each campus. The chaplaincy team also organizes Mass every 2nd Sunday of the month at St Patrick’s Cathedral.
